I am certified in the Face Reality Acne Program which utilizes both in-office acne treatments and custom-formulated specialized product. When the program is followed, including the home care ‘prescribed’ regimen, this powerful approach has a 95% success rate of helping acne sufferers get completely or nearly-completely clear in 3-4 months. Elle Esthetics is known for super thorough extractions! However, we've been told that we have a 'light hand,' and we agree! We will get as much out as we can WITHOUT damaging the skin at all! (Sometimes we use numbing cream too).

Initial Consultation and Treatment ♦ 90-120 minutes

In your initial consultation and treatment appointment, I take these steps:
* Determine your skin type, acne type and skin tolerance
* Give you recommendations for the products and treatments you will need to get clear
* Go over aggravating factors that make you break out – foods, medications, cosmetics, stress, etc.
* Give you a packet of information that has everything that we tell you in the consultation
* Do an acne exfoliating treatment with extractions

For best results, I recommend purchasing Face Reality products for home care. If you decide to purchase the Face Reality acne-clearing products, you will be instructed on how to use your products for the first two weeks of your acne-clearing home care program.

*Expect to pay up to $150 for your first full set of Face Reality acne products at your first appointment (purchase of products not required for in-office treatment).

Acne Treatments (weeks 3-clear) ♦ 60-120 minutes

I will want to ideally see you every two weeks for an acne treatment. It typically takes about six to eight services over a 3 to 4-month period of time to get you mostly to completely clear. As an Acne Specialist, I will:

• assess what type of treatment your skin needs when you come in.

• assess how your home care regimen will be adjusted so that your skin does not over-adapt and stop responding.

As you get clear, your treatments will become shorter – there just won’t be as many extractions to do.   

* After your acne is under control, you will simply need to maintain your home care products to keep clear.
