We prefer cash payments as the credit card processing fees are quite significant for small businesses. Of course all major credit cards are accepted.  


Appointments are necessary.


We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice for cancelation, so that we may offer your appointment to another client who is on our cancelation list.


If you purchased a Groupon and do not show up for your appointment OR call to cancel/reschedule before the start of your appointment time, your Groupon will automatically be redeemed. The appointment may be rescheduled at a later date, but there will also be included an extra $20 cancellation charge (For example, if you purchased a Groupon for an Acne Peel for $69, but did not call OR cancel your appointment prior to the appointment time, your Groupon will be redeemed. If you want to reschedule the Acne Peel for a later date, we will honor the Groupon already redeemed, but there will be a $20 cancellation fee charged at the time of the performed rescheduled service as long as the original Groupon is not yet expired.  <This doesn't exceed the price of the original Groupon as this is an additional appointment to the previous 'no call, no show' appointment> Expired Groupons will still be accepted as per Groupon policy = for the amount of money paid for the Groupon to be put TOWARDS the service, plus a $20 fee if the original appointment was missed without prior cancellation.).


Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the other client’s appointments can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you.

RETURNS - Unopened products may be returned within 30 days from purchase date for the price they were purchased at. Purchase of treatment package will not be refunded, but may be transferred to someone else should you not be able to use the whole package for reasons such as moving away or illness.


Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package. They are greatly appreciated as our charged prices are often much lower than similar local businesses.
